If you wish to pay for you Bearhaven Bear adoption fees in a split payment, please email me so arrangements can be made. I'm fairly flexible I just ask that you respect payment dates. Your bear will be sent to you as soon as final payment has been settled. |

| Returns I hope no one would have to use this option as I try to describe everyone to the best of my ability. However I know it is hard to capture the true essence of a bear with just photo's and a mothers view of her baby. So if your Bearhaven Bear does not live up to your expectations please let me know within 7 days of conformation of receiving bear. I will gladly accept the fella back into the Bearhaven bear den and provide a full refund (less shipping). Bear must be returned for refund in new condition and free from all odors including pet and smoke. |

| Shipping I use express/insurance or expedited/ insurance for shipping within Canada and the US . I will also ship world wide, however prices can be on the high side with international shipping. Please feel free to contact me for an estimate, I will try and find the most economical option. For both Domestic and international shipping I list true purchase cost of bear for customs please don't ask me to alter the price. All Taxes and duty to be paid by the customer. |
